MAURICIO SANTISTEBAN
CEO / General Manager
Mauricio Santisteban is the CEO/General Manager of Gen-X Construction, Inc. in San Diego, CA. In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic direction for all operations, overseeing the management of projects and client relationships, and work acquisition efforts in the Southern California Region.
Mauricio has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a big part of that time spent at his Father's Construction business where he was responsible for oversight of project operations, profit and loss, business development, strategic planning, health and safety, community affairs, and labor relations. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Mexico. He combine his father's teaching of construction and his business education to apply it to successfully to run his father's construction business finances for 14 years.
Mauricio opened Gen-X Construction, Inc. in 2017 and took what he learn and experience in the construction industry to provide good prices with an excellent services for his customers.
